Your transaction might fail due to network error or if your UPI is blocked by your bank for any reason. Your points are safe on your Veera account and it will be added back automatically within 72 hours in case if they get deducated.

Veera rewards its customers everytime they use the app. It is that SIMPLE. You will keep earning points every time you participate in a Streak or Mission. You can see available Streak and Missions under Khazaana on your account.
The task will turn green and you get your point instantly upon completing a mission or streak. By clicking on your '>' next to your total points under Khazana, you can see the balance of your points.
It sometimes takes 2 to 4 hours for the balance of your Veera account to update. Please open a ticket and we will get back to you if, after completing your mission, it is green but no points are added.
You will need to have a minimum Khazana balance in order to start redeeming your points. You can keep browsing and earn more points to cross the minimum threshold and win great rewards. As soon as you have minimum Khazana balance, 'Redeem" button would be available for you.
If you have minimum balance and you are still not able to redeem your points, create a ticket and we will get back to you in 24 hours.

The number of consecutive days that you finish different task on Veera is known as a Streak. Each activity you finish will extend your streak by one day. When you achieve your goal, you will get your points. Once you have reached your streak by finishing your daily, weekly, or monthly goal, it will start to glow. Continue your streak and see how far you can get!
Missions are your daily task to earn points on Veera. You complete your listed mission and get your points right away. It's that SIMPLE.

Your Veera points in Khazana will be available for use for a period of 24 months from the the time they are issued. Your points will expire after that if you do not redeem your points
Your voucher code will show on the screen along with instructions on how to claim it when you redeem your points for any of the listed vouchers.
Your voucher code will also be available under My Rewards as well. You can simply go on Khazana and click My Rewards to view all your past traIf you have not received your code and your points have been deducted, please create a ticket and one of our support team will get back to you at the earliest.
Some brand vouchers have fair usage limit and users may not be able to use more than 1 code on the merchant website / app. You can still use these codes on different account as per offer T&C.
No, you can not cancel your voucher once you have redeemed it.
If you have required points to claim a voucher, option will be available under 'Redeem Points'. Once you select the reward that you wish to claim, click on it and follow on screen instructions.
Your vouchers have a unique code and should let you use it on the merchant app/website. If you are unable to use the code,
- please read T&Cs carefully to understand the rules and guidelines.
- ensure you’re entering the correct code
- ensure the cart contains the correct items that are part of the offer
- check if the minimum cart / order value requirement is being met
- ensure the same code is not being applied twice( applicable for new user offers)

Kavach on Veera safeguards your privacy while you browse. Many websites contain a variety of trackers that can follow you around the Internet. By blocking access to this content, Kavach protects your privacy and speeds up your browser.
You can enable or disable Kavach on Veera by selecting the option under Kavach section on your account setting option.
You can use Kavach on Veera without any login.
Kavach will disable rewards on the app as soon as you turn it on. If you want to earn exciting rewards on Veera, you can disable Kavach from your profile section and participate in Daily / Weekly / Monthly missions and quest.
Kavach will block all external ads when you browse. Veera promotional ads will still be visible and you can turn them off under your profile.

Your phone number will be linked to Veera points. Your points won't be transferred if you want to change your number; instead, a new account will be made. On your new account, all the points will still be visible.
Veera will never call or send any SMS/ WhatsApp link to its customers for any payment or voucher redemption. All redemptions are user initiated and will always happen under 'Khazana' section of the app. If anyone calls you or you receive a message to claim your rewards on behalf of Veera, please let us know immediately by raising below ticket.
In case if you or anyone you know has misplaced or lost their phone, you can raise a ticket to us by clicking below link and we will put a temporary block on your account. This will ensure that your account is safe.
A phone may pause or appear to stop working due to a shortage of memory. Full (or nearly full) storage may slow the device and may freeze your browser especially why playing games. Removing any unwanted Android apps and files on your phone can help you use.
Your game points are linked to your Veera phone number. Everytime you login on Veera with your Phone number and authenticate with your OTP PIN, you would be able to see your game dashboard. If you change your phone, and continue to use your same phone number, your Game points will not be lost. If you change your phone number, your point cycle will change.
Playing games on Veera is easy. Click on Games options and you are all set to play our variety of games. In case if you are not able to play a game or its not loading on you browser, re-installing your app should solve this problem.
To set Veera as your default browser, click on the menu button on the bottom right (⋯) of the page and select the option.
Veera doesn't store your UPI ID. If you want to use a different one at the time of redeeming your points, just enter the new UPI ID and follow the steps on the screen.
You can redeem your earned points for Cash or Vouchers. To do so,
- Open the ‘Khazana’ on your Veera browser
- Scroll through the list of available rewards
- All available rewards based on your points will be shown as “active"
- Just click on the reward you want to redeem and follow the steps to complete the transactions
Dark mode will soon be available on Veera for its users.
