Veera is changing direction from a Rewards browser to a Web3 Rewards browser and the new redemption options will now be in line with the change in direction of the browser.

Once you complete a quest or streak, points for the activity are immediately added to your Veera Points balance.
You can view the points in the app by navigating to "Rewards" and tapping on the 3 dots on the top right of the page, and then selecting " Points History".
In the rare event that the points are not added to your account, please do raise a ticket with your registered email id, and screenshots showing the task completion or any error message that you've encountered.
All available redemption options are always visible in the app itself.
If you're looking to redeem your Points for a specific reward and it's not visible, that means that the option you're looking for is not available any more.
If you're facing issues redeeming your Points for an option that's visible, please do raise a ticket with us from your registered email id, along with a screenshot of the error you're experiencing when attempting to redeem your rewards.

Streaks are tasks that need to be completed regularly over a fixed period of time and typically reward you with higher points.
Both these are mechanisms through which you can earn Veera points on the app.

When you browse in Incognito mode, your activity data is not kept on your device or in any other Account that you are not signed into.None of your browsing history, cookies and site data, or information put in forms are retained on your device when you use Incognito. This means that your activity does not appear in your browser history, and others who use your device will not see it. Websites will perceive you as a new user and will have no idea who you are if you do not sign in.

Your phone number will be linked to Veera points. Your points won't be transferred if you want to change your number; instead, a new account will be made. On your new account, all the points will still be visible.
Veera will never call or send any SMS/ WhatsApp link to its customers for any payment or voucher redemption. All redemptions are user initiated and will always happen under 'Khazana' section of the app. If anyone calls you or you receive a message to claim your rewards on behalf of Veera, please let us know immediately by raising below ticket.
In case if you or anyone you know has misplaced or lost their phone, you can raise a ticket to us by clicking below link and we will put a temporary block on your account. This will ensure that your account is safe.
To set Veera as your default browser, click on the menu button on the bottom right (⋯) of the page and select the option.
Veera doesn't store your UPI ID. If you want to use a different one at the time of redeeming your points, just enter the new UPI ID and follow the steps on the screen.
You can redeem your earned points for Cash or Vouchers. To do so,
- Open the ‘Khazana’ on your Veera browser
- Scroll through the list of available rewards
- All available rewards based on your points will be shown as “active"
- Just click on the reward you want to redeem and follow the steps to complete the transactions

1. What is the leaderboard?
The leaderboard shows how you rank compared to other Veera users based on the points you earn through quests.
The higher you are on the leaderboard, the better your chances for increased rewards.
2. How do I earn points?
You earn points by completing quests, using your wallet for eligible actions, and engaging with Veera’s features. Your total points determine your position on the leaderboard.
3. Can I still use points to redeem crypto?
No, points can no longer be used to redeem crypto. Instead, they track your progress and help you climb the leaderboard.
4. What happened to redemption options?
Redemption options have been removed. Instead, you now compete on the leaderboard for much bigger and better rewards than before.
5. What do I get for moving up the leaderboard?
The higher you rank, the more rewards you can unlock. Rewards will be based on the leaderboard position. The rewards will be announced soon.
8. Can I lose my points?
No, points you earn in a season stay with you for the duration of the season. More details around this will be announced soon.
9. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No limit - the more quests you complete, the higher you can climb. Keep stacking those points for a chance to win bigger and better rewards which will be coming soon.
10. How do I know which activities give the most points?
Each quest or action shows the number of points you can earn before you start. Focus on higher-value quests to climb faster.
11. What if I don’t make it to the top of the leaderboard?
There are multiple rewards for users across the leaderboard, even if you aren’t #1. Everyone has a chance to participate and win.
