All available redemption options are always visible in the app itself.
If you're looking to redeem your Points for a specific reward and it's not visible, that means that the option you're looking for is not available any more.
If you're facing issues redeeming your Points for an option that's visible, please do raise a ticket with us from your registered email id, along with a screenshot of the error you're experiencing when attempting to redeem your rewards.
